What information do you need from my COVID vaccination card?

We use your vaccination dates, first name, last name, vaccine type and batch number as part of our confirmation process. We do not need or use your birth date or medical record number.

If you do not feel comfortable sharing your birth date or medical record number, you can cover or blur them from your photo.

What information gets shared when my 2ND VAX serial number is verified?

Our products can be verified at: https://verify.2ndvax.com

The only information we share are: which month, which product, and whether it is currently valid.

If [or when] additional vaccinations are required, you can submit the latest copy of your vaccination card and we will update your record. Our verification site will reflect your updated status.

Can I buy products for my family?

Yes, however a copy of their COVID Vaccination Card needs to be on file for every product we ship out.

To start, select the products you want to buy and add them to the cart.

You can add the same item more than once. Each person should have their own line-item in the cart, and with their vaccination month selected.

After you place your order, we will send you a link where you can send us photos of their vaccination cards. Once we receive and confirm them, we will ship your order.

What happens if my 2ND VAX products are stolen?

Please contact us at support@2ndvax.com if your card has been lost or stolen. The serial number will be revoked so that your card cannot be used by anyone else to verify their vaccination status.

Can I buy in bulk for my employees/staff?

We will need a count of products needed for each vaccination month. Once received, each person will need to register with us and submit a copy of their vaccination card. Instructions will be provided when the order is shipped.
